Marriage and couples counseling for Sacramento, by video
Sacramento couples often tell me they want something practical: a clear plan, a set number of sessions, and real change at home. That's what the six-session structure is built for.
I work by video with couples in Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom, Davis, Rocklin, and the surrounding region. Many are state workers or in healthcare and education, juggling fixed schedules, commutes, and kids.
What Sacramento couples bring
- Young families stretched thin by childcare and two jobs
- Couples who moved from the Bay Area and are adjusting to new routines
- Long marriages where the spark has faded into logistics
- Conflict with extended family nearby
Video means you can meet during a lunch break, after bedtime, without driving anywhere.
How it works
We follow Brief Directive Marriage Counseling™, six weekly sessions. We talk about the past once, then keep the focus on what you'll do differently.
It's a focused, six-session approach, and I actively guide you toward change. We know what isn't working. Now we put the changes in place. If you're living in the past, you're not building a future. You're just practicing the problem.
Sessions are by secure video. You both need to be in California during the session, and you can join from the same room or from two places.
About me
